This is a recipe that we tried last week. I forgot to take a picture but we loved it so much we knew we would be making it again :)
I got the recipe from here. The only change I made was to cut the oil a bit, I didn't want my potatoes swimming in oil. I used a mix of herbs we had, this time was parsley, dill, rosemary, lemon balm and basil. Right before serving I sprinkled some black lava sea salt on it.
These are so tasty. They are simple, easy and full of natural taste! The potatoes were from the local farm and all the herbs are from my deck :)
The Dragon does not like potatoes, but he tried one and said it wasn't the best but it wasn't the worst. The Princess had 2 servings and these will be a regular in our household while those baby potatoes are in season.
BBQ ROASTED BABY POTATOES

1 lb baby potatoes, cut in half
6 whole cloves of garlic
2 Tbs Olive oil
2 tsp butter
A larger bunch of fresh herbs (to taste)
Zest from a fresh lemon
Pepper to taste
1/4 tsp coarse sea salt
1 pinch paprika
1. Place all ingredients in a bowl, toss well.
2. Put potato mixture in the centre of a piece of aluminum foil. Fold the foil in half to cover the potatoes. Seal all the edges.
3. Place the pouch on a pre-heated barbeque grill at medium temperature. Cooke for 20 or so minutes, flipping the package half way through. Serve hot with a sprinkling of salt
