Banana Blueberry Waffles

It really is time to start re-doing the blog.

We have been doing SO many cool new recipes but just not finding the time to write about it.

So I will restart with this amazing recipe. The Princess is in the middle of badge work and making meals for us :)

Today for lunch she tackled waffles. She knew they had to be blueberry and banana, so she decided on this recipe.

It takes a bit longer when she is doing the recipes, she is still working on timing and getting everything to come together at the same time. BUT she is only 11 years old, so she is well on her way! It gives her so much pride when she serves her meal and not only does it taste amazing, but even The Dragon is eating multiple servings.

The Princess made a few changes to the recipe. The main ones being the addition of oats and more then doubling the amount of blueberries.

These were AMAZING!!!! So very tasty!

This recipe was enough to feed our 5 people with leftovers :) We tend to eat smaller portions then the average person so your mileage might vary ;-)
